Thanks. We're already using SRM to some degree so MyIT makes a lot of sense for us. In your situation though, I don't see the harm in having MyIT installed but unused. It doesn't seem to take up that much space and resources, sort of like that purchasing functionality in Asset Management

Just for your information - the code scanner is built in the mobile Smart IT apps, and you could use it for the rapid access to the assets in the Atrium CMDB. The bar/qr code could be generated basing on the serial number value in the asset record in Remedy Asset Management. Regards, Dmitry

So I was able to successfully install the Smart IT/MyIT application within my sandbox environment and tie it into an already existing POC ITSM instance. I was able to log in just fine and everything seemed to look good. Then I ran the onboarding tool to bring in my ITSM data into the MongoDB
