Just curious... anyone here remember being asked their opinion on this change
in format prior to them doing it? That would seem like a good idea.

The old California Remedy HelpDesk was great. The off-shored BMC Call
Center never was and still isn't. At this point I really don't see anything

My transfers from a 6.3 server to a 7.1 server via Migrator 7.1.00 p006 set the
