If you are talking about the Assigned to Individual field on the Help
Desk form, this menu is referencing SHR:Assignments, my guess is the
permissions on the Request id (1) of the SHR:Assignments got wacked.
Check the permissions there first, I bet public got removed and is only
referencing
In the admin tool open the User tool and give the Request ID field public
permissions, that should solve your issue.

Thanks to those that responded. The way it's set up here, in addition to the
Request ID, I had to open up in the User form the Group List field with
Public permissions in order for the Assignee to see the other Individuals in
a group.

That's a common problem when upgrading the remedy server...they reinstall
the default forms with default permissions...and it always breaks this type
of functionality.
