AR System Resource Definitions Question

I am using HTML images stored in AR System Resource Definitions form. I had to update an image, and am not sure how/when the images are refreshed, as the old image is still displaying. I cleared my browser cache, closed my browser, logged out and back in. I refreshed the form. All I have not
