The training hall coordinates at the castle where you start are X19 Y1.The plant for the herbalist can be found in the lowest level dungeon map. You can access it from coordinates X19 Y31 from the map south of the castle (named Road to Castle Cranbourgh).The developer has made it clear that the integrity of the maps is important to him as this game is created in the style of a particular mainstream game called The Bard's Tale. Apparently that also had complicated maps. I am suggesting things on the game's forum but RL has got in the way and development has significantly slowed down.The speed of combat messages can be changed. In the settings menu, accessed by a buttom at the bottom right of the screen, there is a slider control to adjust the "text delay". Note that the lower value, the slower the delay. If the delay is slower, the messages therefore scroll faster. In order to hae enough time to look at what is going on, start with the delay
  turned way up. You will have to flick left and right through the text output area though (located in roughly the middle of the screen, nearer the top than the bottom), since Voiceover doesn't read the messages out without provocation.Also in the settings menu, there is a help option. The in-game manual is in there and you scroll through pages with 3-finger swipes up and down, like in other apps. You can also buy a slightly improved manual as an in-app purchase. I actually think this is a very helpful document but you'll definitely get what you need from the basic manual to start with. I also don't recommend making in-app purchases if you're at all uncomfortable with the game since it won't be worth it if you find it too complicated and put it aside for a while.The trap game is alright, the locks make a clicking noise which are different in pitch. You need to activate them in lowest pitch to highest, working from left to right with the buttons.
  The thing to bear in mind is that the skill of your character also affects how quick and accurate you have to be at tapping the right button when the correctly-pitched sound plays. This does get really hard at higher levels but there are items called lockpicks that you can buy or find as loot. Each lockpick has 10 uses. Each use disables one of the buttons on the lock. It is possible, for example, to expend multiple uses of a lockpick on the same lock to disable all of its buttons. There is also a spell, called Trapzap, that one of the magical classes (Conjurer I think) can gain. Most traps you find that are random loot drops can be bypassed completely with this spell. Only important or quest-specific traps can't be. Thirdly, you can also try to smash the chest open. This gets harder as the locks get more difficult. I think the game makes a strength check. This is a time-consuming method of opening traps and it doesn't disable any harmful effects of opening the box. These
  are bypassed when you pick locks or use the Trapzap spell.I said I would do a walkthrough of this game since, although it is very complicated, it is wonderful fun. Hi guys. The topic is so interesting. Yes, Stefan is right. If you need a good simulation and a complex game, I recomand for you king of dragon pass. I bought it last year and I find it so addicting. Everytime I start a new game, I feel something different. This game has near 600 events so the posibility to receive the same event again is small.

If you defrag an ssd, kiss it good bye. From what I know, when you defrag an ssd, it puts a lot of stress on the flash memory and in turn, shortens it's lifespan dramatically. This hardware is kinda old with at least 6 years of runtime, and I'm not the original owner of this machine I bought it secondhand.I did notice this start happening when I started using my nas. Only problem is, now its constant whether or not the nas is connected I'm thinking it's still trying to establish a partnership between the computer and the nas.I could try drivers, but this machine has not had any driver updates since like 2014 or so. I think the hardware is just had it, which sucks, but that's for another day.Anyway, thanks for the help!

OK. So. I'm not meaning to start anything nore am I meaning to be rood. But i'm clearing up some misconceptions colton seems to have gotten in his last post. First off, game devs are not, gods. We're normal people. The reason we get what we get is because we work hard for it. Remember when I pointed out in this very topic about how I started? My story is just one out of several other devs. If you want people to respect you, you don't just release a title and people jump on it. You have to earn your respect. And part of that means not throwing a temper tantrum because someone didn't like your game. Part of it means owning up to whatever ishues you have or putting them aside so you can get what you set out to do done. It isn't a back country free ride down a mountain slope. Its a constantly looping roller coaster. Some stay on it, some get off at one end, some don't ever get on it. This could be said for a lot of other things in life. Though's
  who do get on it are no different to the ones who get off it. And its not like we've had a free ride down either. Each one of us has had crittisism aimed at us one way or another. I've been known myself to aim crittisism at sam when I feel a choice he's made was rather uncalled for. Each time I do this, this is from a players perspective. Not from the developer's side, from someone who's been a life long gamer. People have been known to aim crittisism at me for dmnb. And i'm sure aprone has had crittisism from unhappy people about swomp, someware in the past. And in fact, such metaphors like the one colton have made are the reason I tell people that when i'm on other games, on skype, and even my own game if i'm speaking to you personally, I don't want to discuss my work. I want to be treated as a human being. And as for people liking your work, that's a bit of a luck thing. Remember your behayvure plays into it, at least in this com
 munity. Their's also a saying. The more popular you are at start, the quicker and harder you fall. So technicly by your logic, if you simpply reexamine your behayvure and make some adjustments, stop with the up clones, maybe you could have a leap over the ones you think are gods. But only if your willing to get past your ishues and work towards achieving what you want.

Also stat pinggers can be a very useful item. Basicly, aim at someone even if there like 200 feet away, and fire it. You will then be able to if it hits, see the stats of the player you wanna fight. So therefor you know how to prepare.

So making a quick update to kill a couple of the biggest issues. Your suggestions sill be listened to, but by far, the biggest turn off scemes to be the background sounds. They are no directional, and much quieter at least if your far away. To avoid a rocket, as soon as you hear it's woosh sound, jump in any direction away from it and it will explode behind you. Update will be out in a couple minutes. Not to much but the sounds and a couple small things have been fixed, but it's being worked on. This is the first udpate of many.

Hi everyone:As taken from the Leviathan Chronicles Facebook page:Hello Everyone,It’s been way too long, and I wanted to personally apologize for the length of time that’s passed since reaching out. I also wanted to provide an update of the status of The Leviathan Chronicles. I understand the burning questions on everyone’s mind is if Leviathan is dead, or when the remainder of Season 2 will be dropped.Let me start with the punchline: Leviathan is going to continue and more chapters are coming.For reasons I’ll get to shortly, I haven’t been able to work on Leviathan for the past year. But as I’ve mentioned previously, the vast majority of the remaining episodes of Season 2 is completed. There is still some extensive work that needs to be completed on Episodes 39 - 40, as well as the Season Finale episodes. There will also be an expansive Epilogue episode that will accompany The Director’s Cut.During this absence, I’ve heard from hundreds of you, more than I could personally reply to. The vast majority of you (though not all…) have been kindly concerned about me, and wanted to understand the reason for the delay. It’s very sad and hard for me to write this but my wonderful and beautiful wife was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer more than a year ago, and has been fighting bravely to beat this horrible disease and enduring grueling regiments of chemotherapy and radiation. Because of this change in our lives, we’ve moved to San Francisco for me to accept a job in finance, and to provide the best care for her.Obviously, a tremendous amount has been going on which hasn’t allowed for much energy or resources to be devoted to The Leviathan Chronicles. I can’t tell you how much this gnaws at me every single day. I miss the thrill of releasing new episodes, or getting to collaborate with such amazing artists. For me, Leviathan has always been far more than a story but a treasured journey in storytelling and a rewarding, nourishing place to allow my imagination to escape. I love my characters and I cannot wait to share them with you again in the near future. There a pretty wild road ahead.But it’s important for me to communicate clearly that I do not have a set time when I can firmly promise that the remaining episodes and future seasons will be completed. My sincere hope to try to get episodes out by the end of 2016. And while I can’t offer the definitive timeline that I know many of you want (and truthfully deserve), what I can offer are some of the concrete steps we are taking to bring Leviathan back to your ears:- I’ve spoken with Nobi, Robin, and Luke and everyone can’t get wait to get working again. We are all committed, and looking at some different technological solutions to deal with the fact that I’m now on the West Coast. We are also going to be reaching out all of our amazing actors and get everyone back on the same page.- We will be creating a Donate button on the website for those that have so graciously offered to help defray some of the Leviathan costs.- Most importantly, we will finally be setting up a Patreon page to create a sustainable viable economic model for Leviathan (current and future seasons) so that interruptions are kept to a minimum going forward. Frankly, this was always the idea, but the technology literally didn’t exist when Leviathan launched to realize it. The best way for Leviathan to move forward is to have a concrete estimate of what revenue we can expect from each episode – a modified subscription model, if you will. For those not familiar, Patreon has a feature that charges you (within your own predetermined budget) whenever a new body of work (in this case, a new Leviathan episode) is released. This will a massive help in allowing us to budget resources to produce bigger and better episodes on a more timely basis by recruiting more help when we need it.Again, the two things I really hope you’ll take away from this post is that Leviathan is far, far from dead and will be returning shortly. And second, thank you all so much for the incredible impact you’ve all had on my life. All of you. Those with whom I’ve shared my situation with have responded with overwhelming compassion and moving stories of your fights with major health scares. I think of releasing games such as streets of chaos, and here's the thought that comes into my mind. Remember, you're hated by everyone on that forum. You release it you're gonna get 2 players that say nothing, 3 that give you feedback, and 20 that hate you because you're you. And also, sam has the source too because I got backstabbed. Meaning that, if I released it, people would just say hey, where's sam's version. I want the version from a god. And another thing, why I keep releasing up clones. Two reasons. One, I liked up and get bored out of my mind just waiting for something to do, and two, I have the inability to create something from scratch. I can only edit. Even streets of chaos was that. Lucas coded the walking system and the weapons and the cars, I did the rest. And nik I believe coded items or half of them. And ya know, there's actua
 lly some decent original things in there now, like cops, an active fighter helicopter that can do multiple things, and an overall good playing experience minus the ghost items, god damn I gotta get rid of those. But I can't release it because I've been slammed by sam and I'll get bashed because I'm me upon release. And I can't be creative, that faded a long time ago when I lost hope in life and a few other things flew away with that. 3 years ago, to be precise. And everybody says, these thoughts are a choice. They don't get me. I surrendered my mind a long time ago, no thoughts are my choice. Depression isn't my choice, these feelings aren't my choice, even dying isn't my choice and I wish with all my heart it was. I try to gain respect so I'm sort of looked at by this community as a slower person that needs to get off the ground. In no way do I think you should say this is great when I release an up clone, or that I should be babied
 . I have mental health issues and no creativity, so I try to do something with my coding abilities because it's all I can do. I have no life and I want you people to be my life. I want some way to be happy and liked by people. But is that gonna happen? No! This whole post was fucking pointless and now you are going to laugh at me because I have feelings. The dudes in this community do not like it when people have feelings.

I did have a backup of my music library, but it was a backup made by a backup program rather than simply a copy of my music folder. So once the tracks were removed, they disappeared from the backups too.I now keep manual copies of certain folders as a separate backup to avoid any similar problems.Still, the only content the iTunes program should ever delete are those governed by a subscription when the subscription expires. It should never delete anything else unless you tell it to, regardless of where you bought the content.After hearing that Apple was abandoning QuickTime for Windows, I wondered how long it would take them to abandon iTunes for Windows as well, but then realized, they never will, because I'd be willing to bet that the vast majority of iTunes users are also Windows users.Ah well, one can always hope.

Luke, if you plan to run a basic setup, vmware fusion should do just fine. That can even run games, and as far as running graphic-intense games, well, an 8gb ram mac can do it, your 16gb ram one can definitely handle then. As for drives, there is most definitely a cheaper solution, the lg electronics 8x ultra-slim usb cd/dvd drive. And yes, it does use a standard usb client-to-host cable, so no proprietary cables whatsoever. yeah, my biggest game play complaint is the rockets too. they are so overpowered with the combo of major damage and auto aiming. i've been told different ways to avoid them, tried all the ways, and none of them work. having a weapon that will give someone an instant kill in what, 2 shots is just a real drain in how fun the game could be. you can stay alive for awhile just to run into someone with an invisibility shield and a rocket and you die, nothing you can do 90% of the time. they are way way to overpowered, to the point to where they take allot of the fun out of the game.

Another thing to add is a ducking and dodging system, which I wrote in the suggestions log. This would help duck incoming shots, which would be faster than having to constantly jump. I also agree about the aiming needing to be fixed. In STW, you can hear a description regarding the location of a bear or rabbit, but in a fast-paced game like this, there is no time for NVDA to keep reading the location of players to you. That of course could be an option, but a better 3d sound panning system, or a radar would help a lot. In RTR and Swamp, it is much easier to tell where a player is in relation to you than it is here.

@firefly82:  I meant explored both first and second levels.  I made it to the fifth today but had to use save files to deal with traps.@Apepers:  I will do that.  I will also try to give you a save file where I've saved right before the crash.I'm not sure how close this is coming to an auto explore feature, but it would be nice if we were told that we had already explored a certain area before.  I don't know how this would be done, or if it would require modification of core nethack code, but it would be extremely useful.  I've been managing for now by writing on the ground and dropping objects to act as landmarks but that only gets you so far, especially after you've run out of things to drop.  Also, can anyone with more experience offer tips on the best times to search?  I've been finding secret thi
 ngs on occasion when I reach dead ends or corners, but I am hesitant to spend two or three turns searching every time I move; the lack of food will usually cause my horribly painful death.

The game is really, really, fun.  A couple things that drive me nuts about it, though:1.  I don't care who killed who, especially since, when I press P, I lose sight of who I was following because 4 people died.  I want to turn that off or have it interruptable.2.  The whole top-down thing doesn't make sense for a game like this.  I can only turn 45 degrees, have to fiddle with left and right anyway, and up and down?  I suggest having a shades of dume style turning system (I want to be able to turn towards someone to line up -- this feels clunky and whacked unfamiliar to me.  Especially with no hints as to how far "a little ways off," "somewhat off to the," and "very slightly to the," are.  A little means maybe five steps -- not so it seems.  Also, if I step to the left and it says "in front and slightly off to the right," I step to the right and it jumps to "in front of
  and slightly off to the left,"  bwuh?  I guess what I'm saying is there has to be a better way of aiming, it doesn't feel very smooth.3.  When I walk to an item, I have to make funky dance moves to pick it up.  I lose people, get shot at, and still don't get items too well.  I feel it's more of a pain than it should be -- either that or I just suck, which is possible, too.4.  Sounds.  Oh my god I think that item grabber sound is making me go deaf (no offense to those who are hard of hearing).  I understand there is a timelimit to using it and moving, but do my ears have to be blasted with so much?  Turn it down or change it please!  Also, I'm playing an audiogame.  this means I hear people moving.  A bit difficult to do that hearing so many sounds at such varying volumes.  Please fix the background sounds.5.  Often times, rifle excluded, I'll be blazing away, n
 o idea if I hit someone.  can we get a sound to signify they are in the weapon's range, or a sound that registers we've hit?  Some of those guns, plus background sounds, are loud.  Tough to tell.6.  Less useless items.  A horn?  ALl it does is cause people to blow it and has no purpose from what I can tell.  same with the stat pinger.  I understand those may be useful some day, but they're not and taking up valuble ammunition items or other items I want/need.7.  Maximum shielded shots.  I've had 60 shielded shots.  a little overkill, I think, especially since shields seem to be kinda rare.8.  Farther reporting of who's close.  I often times have to track someone to get range, especially to use the rifle.  My suggestion is, depending on the weapon, you see them at that weapons maximum range.  if a rifle is 60 squares, I better be able to see people 60 squares from me 
 with P.9.  When I'm close and press P, it pings.  Can this be made constant for those within range?  would eliminate aiming time due to tracking.  If I could se, I'd look for them.  since I use my ears, I'd better be able to hear them10.  A way to see if someone is behind me (sound?).  often times I'll think I'm shooting at something in front of me, only to be shot in the back.  With better audio queues, i'd know better.Great work thus far.  I really enjoy it.

Well stellar eon is in early alpha right now, so not really playable as a game, but knowing dentin it'll be awesome when it appears. Perhaps looking on the mud connector for procedurally generated muds if that's what your looking for, though how detailed stuff like crafting is I don't know. Certainly though the open world mechanics of games like skyrim can be seen in many muds, especially those like avalon and clok that have heavy emphasis on player actions.Right now I'd love to find a good space game. Promethius is nice but I find the activities and areas a bit disperate, also a lot of things in the game are a tad fiddly in terms of typing, things like not being able to examine items in shops before buying and I felt rather bad on the newbie channel for asking  so many questions, plus I couldn't really find other things to do like combat missions against enemy starships.

Hmmm yeah people have said do not defrag your ssd but have you checked your status of your ssd?Technically you shouldn't need to defrag it as such being that its flash but that doesn't mean it won't need it.Have you run the system without an nas connected?My only advice is to try to reformat or maybe check if you have driver updates first.While generally using the system I don't have any of my backup drives connected or in fact running.I do when I want to transfer something to the drives or if I want to access something on one of the drives.But for most of the day the 2 usb drives I put in and out for backups and general usage remain disconnected.In fact I don't run anything including cloud services unless ofcause I want them to run while not in use.Its why I am still on 7.

Hi all.Hmmm to be honest, I'd think you would backup it all up.WHat clearly is coming out of this is that if you clear your subscriptions with apple that it clears the folder with everything in it.The only way I can see out of this is to always keep a backup.That may include having your library of music in other places.Yes I do have a library of other music round my drives, no, I won't be going apple music I will just go the traditional download rout from the store, saying that, I can probably get better quality outside the itunes storeIts not accessible anymore but I was able to buy over 100 dollars worth of jazz from google play with their semi non accessible music manager in total 320kbps mp3 which was good enough for my needs and back it up.The other thing I would do if I could would be to rout your music library for itunes somewhere else, in fact your itunes library is usually in \music\itunes media anyway.
 I wouldn't store everything all the time there either.It shows that if you have other music to keep it somewhere else.It shouldn't effect other sources and even if it did, at least for amazon, google play, bandcamp, etc you can download that music again even cd baby has this, its in your online library usually to.Sadly apple hasn't thought about pc users as much as say apple users.I don't use itunes myself but it is the only way to do transfers for your apple device.It hoggs resources and includes a lot of software extras.I brought something on itunes itself, and to be honest it cost as much as well buying it on disk and since things got dammaged and things mangled I am getting it all again normally.Its clear though that if you want to use itunes, use your apple device for all that.There were ways to put to your ipod and some special drives etc which I have not investigated as such but they do cost, so library wise 
 there may be some if costly ways to get round itunes for say transfering music and such.Ofcause there are advantages to buying apps, software updates, etc on your pc.I also can backup my library from pc which is better than bothering with trying to do that to my cloud drive on my apple device though I could do that to.

well, if the updater isn't working, we're screwed, as the download links only download version 3.10.The updater also had a problem when I tried to update from 3.09 to 3.10, as it said 0 percent downloading play sr.exe, but then it hung.I used the third button from the end in the update history promt; after the one that said something like ver3.10, then gave my PC permission to run sr updater as admen, then it gave me a yes or no prompt and I said yes.I got some music and a sound with the prompt from above, and the updater hung to the point where I had to use task manager to exit.Oh well...I can't wait until more of this game is translated, as it seems like it's going to be a really cool game.And we always have q translate or Jgt if the english translation doesn't get finished...Later!

I finally got the full voice version working on windows 10, but in the middle of the game, NVDA says "Shadow Rine full voice not responding", then you can't do something for a second, then it goes back to normal, then it says not responding again.

Having spent some time with the game, I enjoy it more than I thought I would. That being said some things could definitely be improved.Since a lot of what I think was already said here, I'll just say that, the distant battle sounds definitely need to be worked on. The sounds you're using for distant explosions sound wy too close up. If they were more muffled and panned in relation to you they would make for useful orientation aids. I would also work on the keymap, move the tracking keys for nearest player and your selection to Z and X so you don't have to move your hand. Also it would be very nice if the track nearest player key produced a ping just because the messages you get are incredibly verbose. Lastly, I'm not sure how possible this would be but it'd be really nice if the tracking menu was sorted by distance to make picking targets easier. The Jet isn't as useful as it could be because half the keys don't work, you can
 39;t open the tracking menu or even check what direction you're going in. It would actually be really cool if it had a targetting system (just keep beeping if there are visible players near, because as it stands I mostly use it as a means of fast travel because I can't hit anything.

Plenty of games in the action genre can be varied and different, it's simply that few of our developers have experimented with different mechanics and variation of the same game. Even the space invaders clones, which is probably what our market has the most of, can be radically different and fun if the mechanics are different enough, differences have just not been tried. I for one would love to see more open world games, and I would especially like to see a good, solid action rpg.

The boosted clock rate isn't usually anything to worry about; not only not because it's almost never in use, but because it's usually restricted to one core. So, the congestion inside the CPU will reduce its effective maximum potential, anyway.

That comparison is somewhat apples to oranges.The M series has a less powerful video card, which means less of it's power is being devoted to graphics.It also has a massively higher power draw compared to the newer processor, and likely gets hotter as well, do to the eight Nanometre difference in architecture.It's got a higher base clock rate and a higher max clock rate too, but as seen with AMD APUs, that really doesn't mean a hole lot these days, and just because 4200M and 6200U should logically parallel each other in some way doesn't mean they actually do.Partly that's because I was mistaken when I said that Core M was the new M, because it seems more likely that it's actually a replacement for Y, and M just got entirely absorbed into the standard processor line (the types of CPUs with) no down clocking, up clocking, added L3 cash, or specialized graphics, that don't get a suffix at all.A better parallel would pro

Hello, for starters:Please read the guide in the articles room. It's really going to help, don't forget to clikc thumbs up when you read it because the guy did a good job describing the weapons and stuff. As other people have said here, please provide an toggle  for  those far weapon sounds and make them dynamic. When I go play this game and quit after 20 minutes, I swair I hear wining in my ears sometimes. Those sounds make hearing information difficult as well.

@Marta, while roguelikes themselves aren't accessible (though see the nethack access project for a dam good try), there are a few games with similar mechanics. Kerkerkruip is the first that comes to mind, but there are also muds with procedurally generated random content, wayfare1444 for example. project Bob was the most extreme mud I know in terms of generating the hole world at randomand based on the player's choice, but last I checked it'd gone down after some drama though I did e-mail the admin and he said it'd be back. I think some other muds have some sort of procedurally generated content, I do remember Dentin mentioning this for stellar eon but I'm not sure where that is at the moment. As to open world games, if you mean games like skyrim or grand theft auto which are based on the idea of a huge world you can do anything in, well your best bet there are muds I think, particularly the more complex ones,  oh and yes I'm 
 on a miner mud thing currently .

i've found a bug. I was on afk, a claymore exploded, and i lost health. I honestly don't mind the map wide sounds, but some sounds need to be explained for new people and stuff. I, still, can't figure out one map wide sound. Yes, you should be able to turn them off or down, and for those of us who only have a numpad, you should make it so shift page up and shift page down adjust the game volume

Been playing since it came out like everyone else and yeah I have a few thoughts too.1. the game is extremely verbose. I would really like a way to turn off all the messages about someone getting killed. it's too much I don't need to know. When trying to see who is around you or track someone, it is very annoying to continually have it interrupted with a sentence about how someone died. I get it adds flavor to the game, but the ability to turn those off would be nice. if we can't turn them off then an option to have simple messages would be greatly appreciated. so it just says X killed Y, or X killed Y's robot. just who killed who, not a sentence on how they died.2. Yeah, the sounds, oh the sounds. Everyone keeps saying how on a real battle field you would hear them, yeah of course you would but they would be no where as loud. if someone shoots a rifle from 400+ feet away you are clearly going to hear it, but it isn't going to be as loud as i
 f it was 50 or 20 feet away. and the rocket sounds, yeah those are crazy loud and not much difference from how they sound right next to you vs far away. . Also it is very confusing and a bit much hearing a blood sound every time someone gets hit on the map no matter how far they are away. that wouldn't be heard, and it leaves you constantly thinking you are getting shot. maybe a personal sound you make if you are being hit, either you or your shield; if making it so we don't hear someone getting shot from 500 feet away isn't an option. overall more customization of the sounds would be so much appreciated, if some want them up then turn them up, if you don't then turn them down. also would be nice to get a little ping or tone if we get a kill, some times it is hard to hear the sound someone makes when they die.3. I was expecting the keyboard layout to be different than STW since STW isn't a straight PVP game. since red spot is, it is perplexing to me a
 s to why the key to see players around you and to track a player is P and O. these need to be pressed by the right hand, and in any pvp game your right hand should be mainly used for movement, so you can track and see who is around you with the left. it is really a pain to have to stop and hit P or O to see people. . The best thing for this would be to add a key config, I don't see why we can't set our own keys, that would make so much more sense. everyone has different preferences and I would think it would be more crucial in this game more than another to be able to customize your keys. The problem isn't just having to use the right hand to track and see players around you, but having to use Q and E to turn. I have wondered why these keys were picked since the release, they don't make any sense to me at all. something like that should be on the home row with the left hand since they are important keys for movement and the home row is naturally where everyone
 39;s hand rests. All this could be fixed in one swoop if there was a key config for everyone, then all are happy with their own keys for everything.4. the rockets. I'd suggest a couple things for these. either they are nerfed, or they are not made to auto aim. I've asked and got 3 different answers on how to avoid them, none of which have worked. as it seems, you can get good, kill people with all weapons, but if they have a rocket just put down a mine and kill yourself before they can cause you are screwed no matter what. If there is an actual way to have a chance of avoiding them that would be nice to know. even though no matter what I personally don't like the idea of something that auto aims in a PVP  game, if there is a known way to get away from a fired rocket that would be nice to know.5. the team system is completely broken. I had a team with 4 people on it, then suddenly there were 15 people on it and that made the game unplayable cause dam
 n near no one online could be killed. then if you remove people, go offline and come back online all the people are on your team again. also not being able to remove people if they are offline makes it hard to change your team. We need a way to remove ourselves from a team so we can get off one and make or join a different one. Also the ability to name our teams would be nice. then the team affiliation could be shown in the team listing. It would allow for some team wars if two teams want to go after one another. it would add a really cool de mention to the game instead of just running around shooting people.6. it would be nice if we could track how many kills we have. a number that resets every time we die, and a way to look at that on an in game listing or leader board. so you hit a button and it reads off like the f1 player listing, only in order of most kills since last death. just the name of the player and the amount of kills would be all it requires. would also make pe

Hi.So, after playing the game for an hour or so, I will throw my thoughts out here.The thing with the sounds, well, we have that already, but I also will suggest that they should be directional and should change in volume if they are far away.Also, either that player near you thing is broken, or everyone stands together and I can't find anyone, at leased I often have problems finding the other players, or maybe I have forgotten something like a keystroke.

You know what we lack of right now? Open world stuff and roguelight. Entombed is the only game we can fully access at this moment, unfortunately. We sure have good rpgs, but not roguelight.Oh and...I'd love to see more of story-based type of games as well, although we have quite a few already. I just love stories...:)And I'm sick of fps, card games with the same same old set of cards, boring puzzle that's never randomized, or arcade...please, not these types.:(Anyway, enough rambling for now, haha.

Hey there Sam.  I'm really liking the game so far. I wanted to mention a few bugs I've noticed.1. While in a jet, you can't jump to the beginning or end of the chat buffers.2. While in a jet, you can go AFK and still control it.3. While in a jet, you cannot control the game's volume.4. Also while in a jet, the tracking features don't work.I also wanted to suggest a change to the key config. I think it'd be cool if we could use shift and arrows to turn, and x and z in place of o and p. I think this would really simplify the key layout and make it much easier to locate players and shoot them.One more suggestion I just thought of. This one is about AFK people. I'm already seeing people abuse the AFK feature so I tried to think of a way to solve it. I think that in order to activate the AFK timer, there shouldn't be any other players around. If other players are close enough to see t
 he person trying to activate AFK using the p key, the timer shouldn't start. Then once the timer starts, if someone gets close to the player before the three seconds are up, the timer should fail and they shouldn't go AFK. This would make absolutely sure that they're not just typing AFK when they're losing and running until the timer is up. Unless they're able to stay out of range of the other players long enough for the timer to start, they shouldn't be able to go AFK. On second thought, I also think this would be cool in Survive the Wild's PK system.  Thanks a lot for the game. It's awesome so far even though it's still in beta.

Hi Lori, I do use olympus recorders, I owned a dm4 and now a dm720, and they are the best recorders you can get because of one key, and admittedly half assed feature, voice guidance. When you turn the recorder for the first time, you should be able to mash the okay button for a bit and get voice guidance turned on by default. This will allow you to use the menus and hear what you're doing. However, it seems that not everything is read, as voice guidance seems to only use prerecorded speech to read prompts, not any kind of dynamically produced info like system or memory info. You can find PDF manuals of all olympus products online, and if you page passed the first part that explains what button does what, you should be able to leave the bulk of the graphics behind.

hi,however, U series processors are not equivalent to M series processors. Nor are the core M processors equivalent to U and M processors. The clock rate of the U processors are significantly lower. For instance, the 4200 M i5 scores alot higher than  the 6200 U on benchmarks. I hope that when I have to buy a new laptop the situation improves.

as for the comment about overload, well, i'll have to admit, that actually makes it more realistic. it's just the fact that you're hearing explosions that are way over on the other side of the map. lol. if i'm in the middle of a battle zone, it's going to be overload. that's war guys. 99% bored, and 1% pure, screaming fear. ahahaha

While I agree more sim games and types of games would be nice, I'd' disagree that there is a predominance of violence in accessible games, after all there are plenty of traditional card, board and puzzle games not to mention arcade games like blindfold barnyard that have nothing involved with violence, and several sports and sports management games. The problem is more to do with sound and representation and the hole sterrio targeting thing as well as resources and development time and all the things we know well. I'd also disagree thatgames with combat mechanics are "all the same" Sinse even if games take the same theme, how that theme is handled can be entirely different. Compare for example swamp, audio defense zombie arena, epitaff mud, the browser game urban dead, and the choiceofgames title choice of zombies or zombi exodus. All take the theme of a zombocalypse, but mechanically are extremely different. The more story base
 d games emphasize the human elements, indeed both of the choiceofgames titles involve a lot about relationships among survivers. Epitaff mud, while it has zombie fighting has a lot of building and interacting with other players too, and the zombies in audio defense are definitely comic zombies. Yes, we need more complex and involved audiogames, but I'd disagree that the fact that games have combat mechanics is the reason for this. Btw, you might also consider that some of the best sim games we have! seen, noteably castaways do involve some element of constructing protection, sinse colonizing a new land isn't an easy matter. Indeed if you haven't checked out castaways, lunimals, and castaways ii I'd strongly recommend it. If your looking for games about owning a company, Aprone's Umart, the game kapi regnum  or the online mud federation 2 might be just the thing your wanting. @57 Yes, I second that. While all the fighting sounds really add a nice war theme, this game is, at this moment, a case of information overload. Bomb sounds, horns, flame throwers coming from every which way, it's hard to know what's what. Am I being shot? What's that thing coming at me? Am I about to die? What's that robot thing? Where is it? Overload, overload is how I'd describe this game at the moment. On the topic of horns, though, they do confuse players who are new; at first I thought someone was sending me a message or something, but it was just a horn. Fun, but confusing at the beginning. In short, it still needs improvement.
