@SLJ, don't worry, i don't feel offended at all.\I totaly get your point.For me this flight simulator is ok in terms of the flying.The reason i say i just hope for a better flight sim is because of the bugs.Have i tried to get in contact with one of the developers?Yes, i did!i am on the eurofly skype group where the developer of the game is on, i reported my errors a few times, some of the people that are on the group might know that.

Manamon could be good if it would be balanced and interesting enough. To be honest my first playthrough when I checked the time took me like two days and few hours but of course it's the lenght I spend in game but in real time it was something about one week.Manamon is good but not great just because it's not balanced, most of the manamons are just a waste of time because they are similar to each other to there's not a lot to do with them especially if you find your dream team.

Manamon actually can't be completed in 2 days if you count post game stuff. Leveling all mons is a pain that takes most of the playtime already.What I'd really love to see about a hero's call is actually replayability, not just length. If it's short but not boring, sure makes it way better than something long and boring.

I am currently trying to get fenoxo's games like corruption of champions and trials in tainted space to work correctly with chrome and Nvda or the downloaded adobi flash player, not having much luck unfortunately, though they seemed okay with ie).Anyway that is a matter for another thread, in the mean  time I hope that the db entries attract more people to the games.Thank you for the notice, never even knew there was a front page to this site until you mentioned it.  Glad to hear that you have been enjoying the game.@Kool_turk, when you choose the save game option, it should asks you where to save the file. I'm using Safari, and in my case, Safari automatically save my file to the downloads folder.HTHSince I honestly have no idea, I'd expect Socheat likely has the solution.

it just depends really on what you do and how you do it got manamon beat in about 3 days. things like mortal combat x for instance was beat in a few hours but there is plenty to do than just story mode so even if someone can beat a game within a few days, doesn't actually say much about how good or not good the game is. there will be people that complain, but for every person who complains or doesn't like something, there will be at least 5-10 who are just fine with enjoying a great game whether music, sound design, storymode, or the hole thing in general so thank you for your hard work and I for one will enjoy it regardless.

Hi. Basically the amazon echo is a voice activated assistant, there are several models, the echo, echo dot, and echo show and I'm not %100 sure of the difference, I got the echo dot myself because my brother bought me one in christmas of 16. I initially had problems with it but have set it up now and am having fun with it as you may gather. It does various things from streaming amazon music and audible audiobooks (the music is pretty cruddy imho but your milage might be different), to making notes and review lists, alarm, reminders, looking up things on wikipedia,and buying things from amazon. it also contains what are called skills, these are short, free aps developed for the system (well most are free though a few have payments based on an account system). Because  you control it mostly with your voice it's very accessible (you do need to set some things online but that should be okay), which means it's good for audiogames, and while a lot of games for it are fairly short affairs, there are some that aren't, plus since it's voice recognition is pretty good and it can understand a lot, the amount you can do with your voice is nice, eg, trivia games are rather more fun when you can speak to the thing.An ever growing list of games with short mini reviews by yours truly can be found here Hth. I'm still learning about the thing myself, but feel free to ask further questions if needed.

Hi,I know nothing about this thing, but I'm thinking about getting one because I know they have games on them.Now, again, I don't know exactly which games those are, but I've seen some talk on the boards on this site, that had some pretty cool games.Can someone tell everything they know about this device? Actually I hope we'll see redevelopment of it and some updates soon, I do keep checking the news on the winamp site and things are planned but I don't think anything has materialised as yet, though since their news post is a long rambling forum topic which has gone on for three years and has about 1 posts in it it's hard to tell. I have heard of something called wacup, that is winamp community update, but when I tried their site the accessibility was very very terrible, so what is going on with winamp I do not know. Still, it works and it does what I want, albeit I do sort of wish it was getting updates to make it  with some newer elements such as chrome.@Pitermach, With foobar, I'm afraid you lost me at the word "playlists" . The only time I ever constructed a playlist in my life was when putting together a bunch of random music for tabletop rp sessions, since that's about the only time I wouldn't have something specific to play in mind, or want my hole music collection on random. usually I play music either by finding what I want in windows explorer (me being a bit of a demon for organisation), or by opening winamp and just browsing to it directly, so no playlists required :d.It's one of the things I really like in Winamp, that you can hide all the bits of the interface you don't want, which for me pretty much mean   everything accept the now playing window.If you can strip foobar down to something like this I might consider giving it a go, provided hotkeys etc can be setup, since the one thing you did say there that caught my interest was about the cd ripper, since I'd prefer a better alternative for that than windows media player, and sadly Winamp pro with the cd ripping capability isn't available anymore. I did try an audio cd ripper at one stage called audio grabber, but it didn't retrieve any track info off the net. I also wonder with Foobar and the game music plugin if it can handle the rsn file archives from www.snesmusic.org. In winamp with the correct plugin you can just open these like normal files, but I'm not sure about other programs.

Buying on day 0 and playing, actually I have games that take nearly 60 gigs, so 1.x isn't that big, but yeah it is good that this is upon us. I honestly don't care about bugs and stuff if its not show stoppers, I mean, AAA titles don't have smooth launches, As long as the game isn't crashing every two second and corrupting my save, I'm happy.

size of the game is an interesting point actually. I think fully installed manamon was about 400mb but I could be wrong, was possibly bigger. and that wasn't self voiced. those sound files have to make up for a lot of the drive space. well I'm gonna buy it on Saturday when people have already got it and hopefully I'm going to have fun.and chowy, woof wooff

hi, surely it depends on your skill level though? remember games for our sighted friends have downloadable content and many more rich areas to explore so some people may complete this type of game. you can make the game last weeks, it depends on how much time you have to devote to it i guess. if you have nothing else to be getting on with then yeah, people may have this beaten within a week.

let me just say one thing here, I am so so thrilled, to see this game is 1.2 or 1.5 gigs big, you know guys, call me stupid here, but the fact its so big, means,its rich with content, think about this, 99 percent of our games is what, 400 megs? maybe 600, but never 1.5 gigs. okay swamp is the exception, but the fact that this game here, is so big, makes me even more excited, man! come on! time, move faster. :d. Joseph, thanks for this beautiful small update. there's one other thing we want you to remember, and I'll be so bold as to say I speak for all of us here. When this game goes live, you've done as much as you could, to bring it as close to perfection, with the time you had. sometimes, you, do want to do to much, and sometimes, it is best to let the product go out, and work from there. you are going to get flame blasters  out there, just to wine if somethings are wrong, forget about them.Then,  you going to get constructave feedback from most members who wants to help make things better, listen to them.but through all this, all of us wishes to thank you and your entire team, for all the countless hours and hours you've put in. thank you to your beta testers, whom I'm sure you must have had,  for helping with the stuff you'd not have time to do.We are all 100% behind you, and are ready for the release!!

Here's what I do.In preferences,  under vst, I have it set to running  plugin per process or whatever it is, and the window floats or is in "bridge mode".    That way it's always the first window that opens up when I install a VST.I have gotten a lot of things done today with this and am much happier tus far with Reaper.Yeah, SIBIAC has been used in Sonar for abouta year or so  independantly, but with it being attached to Reaper, it will definitely open up some grounds.  IT's kind of the only reason I haven't fully jumped ships yet.  Although I'm using this time to kinda learn Reaper inside and out and once SIbiac is brought over, it will definitely open up some doors.  WOrth noting and I forgot to mention that Addictive Keys will be added as well.  I also would not be surprised if we can do more than four instruments per Kontakt instance, since it seems like it'd be possible?  Not sure what the physical window looks like, but we shall see.

K, thanks.  Yeah I also found out I don't even have an Applications key on my keyboard and so I had to download one of the app key scripts so I could use Right ctrl.  WHen I used omni mode from  Kontakt, it'd give me an error message and then the instrument would change, but I figured it out. I can bring it up in midi editor, select all, then ctrl+F2 and change the midi channel there.  This will also allow me to use more than 1 instrument per kontakt process.  I'm definitely getting Reaper down.

Well, here are the bugs and issues I've noticed, with my favorite things about V2.0 below that.Bad things happen if you tab to another flight computer dialog before the mission ends, the fuel almost never fills up all the way on the first try, and I've had the TCAS not notify me when another plane was coming even though the blackbox said it was on, and I remember doing it.Now for non bugsthe legacy 600 doesn't use a jet engine sound, the flaps are mistakenly reported as being retracted in the blackbox when the actual problem was the exact opposite, the documentation doesn't explain anything about storms, or turbulent areas, and it's also written with very bad, barely understandable English, the 2 KM warning from the tower is kinda useless when in miles mode, though I can't really blame anyone for that one, you can't remove an item from favorites, the beeping capitals toggle switch is never listed in the keystrokes, and sometimes the new add-on's manager crashes.What I like about the update.Recognition of task completion on landing seems way more accurate than before, the add-on manager makes it easy to see what your missing and what's been updated recently, the new airplanes (like the beachcraft1900D) are cool, especially since they've been integrated into tasks, the new taxiing method and airplane systems are much more realistic, yet not too much of a learning curve, the safety gate alarms when exiting hangerways are almost like a minigame (especially fun when you hear another plane passing left to right in front of you, and when you set it off your self on landing) the new options that let you ignore towers and TCAS, or get real weather make free flying way more enjoyable, and Brenden's audio guide being right on the site (with an accessible audio player to boot) helps allot with learning V2.0's new systems.And yes, I agree with SLJ, a bug reporting system would be very useful.

sorry to revive this post from so long ago but.. I am able to run those games just fine if I press windows plus x and run the admin command prompt and then locate the game executables installed on my windows 10 64 bit machine.. and I think I do have the fall creators update. I am  not sure is how to create a shortcut to automate or make the process easier but I am sure that can be done somehow. The game appears to consume much of your CPU but it works just fine, no lags here.

Hello.1. I can't figure out how complete the english documentation for the game currently is. I like the help center on the website which seems to be the most complete thing regarding to the english documentation.2. I really hope the developers will consider making a bug report feature, and a suggestion report feature or maybe a forum on the website. Then, people could post all the bugs you are talking about, and all the ideas and suggestions in one central place.Instead of just seeing complaints about the game, I'm glad to see that some people are writing lots of suggestions on how to improve the game. I don't know much about aircrafts, so I learn a lot of interesting things from reading all those suggestions.I think it would be easier for the developers to handle, if they would make a central place where all those bugs, suggestions and ideas was posted.

Pretty much, the game will release once everything is ready to go and successfully uploaded to our server. So you'll just have to watch for the release announcement. As for RAM and processor usage, it should work on any modern computer with at least 2 GB of RAM. The game should (theoretically) run on 32 or 64 bit versions of Windows, but we have not been able to test 32 bit Windows extensively. We can confirm that the game works on Windows 7 and higher (64 bit). Again, in theory, it should work as far back as XP but we haven't had the luxury of doing through testing on a machine running Windows XP.

hi flackersyou should install the 64 bit one, because reaper does have bridging support so you can use 32 bit plug-ins . It always will show (x86) after the name if the vst you use is a 32 bit version.Regarding the focusing of the window, its really up to you. Before adding the fx you can configure reaper and tell it to run on a separate window, or on the same window (floating) and if you run it on a separate window at least when using NVDA I always get focus when i open the fx chain using f on the track.

Hello to all. I'm so sick of apple and their crap. There is one thing that really holds me back from getting a note 8. I have a smart beetle braille display and have really come to rely on braille over the past 2 and a half years. Is it true you can use BRLTTY with the smart beetle and the voice connect samsung screen reader? If so, I would totally switch. Also I like to hook my phone to people's car stereos  and turn off the speech and use braille to interact with my phone and I could not do that with my nexus 6p and braille back. Thank you all so much for the help.

Blessings are not used up. You need to have been blessed at least once to be able to use the healing pool. If you have been blessed three times (I think) then you can get past the pool into the infirmary. They will cure you of level drains there. (Handy after fighting wraiths!)Right now only undead are in temples. More likely I will add in other feature types with themed monsters rather than make temples different. There are demons, devils, giants and even dragons in the game. But they are mostly very rare. I don't think I've ever seen a dragon outside of testing. They're that rare.I've rolled out this week's update. There are a few new human monsters: Bandits, Brigands, and the like. Just more monsters to fight for now, but I have an open issue to make them so that they will be lead by higher level commanders. Also, when you say "more" after a "look", you will get your longitude and latitude. I've been convinced that a confusing map as interesting game play was fine for StarLanes, but not so much for 6 Swords.Please pass on any bugs you find with this!

I switched to Foobar from Winap a few years ago and like it. Not saying you should switch now that you got your winamp problem fixed. That being said if you ever decide to try it out it can do everything you want. For playing game music, you have the fooGEP plugin, which does work with RSN files as well as VGZ, NSF and all the other common chipTune formats, plus a few other plugins to complement it like the DUM module decoder (That's D U M) for Amiga/other tracker modules, fooSid for C64, and there's also one for gameboy advance and Nintendo DS.The UI is super simple. If you don't have any folders configured for the library, the only thing you'll see in the window is a tab switcher to switch playlists (each playlist is a tab like in a web browser), a list with file information for the currently playing file, and another list which contains your playlist. That being said, if you decide to add a library the itnerface for that also simple, adding just 3 more things to the window, a combo box to set how the library is sorted (including an option just to show the folders), a search box, and a tree which actually contains the library sorted by whatever you picked. It also has a CD wripper feature which can pull information from Online databases for track information and a file converter.The one drawback to foobar is that it takes a while to customize. A common source of frustration is the hotkeys. Because by default, there aren't any set up, so you need to manually go and add some yourself. So you can totally make it feel like Winamp if you like.

If that means it's actually the 30th for some people then that's what it'll be. haven't seen all that many monsters, I'm still pretty weak at the moment with a few people on their way to level 3 and one poor guy with pathetic weapons down in level 1 still and I've only cleared 2 dungeons, both of them having nothing worse than skeletons in them. I tried another temple that was a bit tougher (4,000 gp instead of 1000 gp for winning.) but the wights were way out of my league, Luckily they didn't do anything particularly nasty to me before I fled.Also, how does one cash in one's blessing or know how a God favors you. I've done some clearing out for Jupiter and Diana but not sure how getting your rewards for doing stuff like that works and don't want to waste them if they can get used up. For example if you can only use the healing pool once per blessing.  and I don't need any special healing right now. I know it involves going to a temple where your god you helped is worshipped, but don't know anything else.Also one more question that I'll probably figure out on my own later, but  do all temples have undead in them or will some have other types of monsters too. I've seen items that seem to target devils, demons, werecreatures, giants, demi-humans, and dragons but for the most part I have seen very few of those creatures aside from undead and beasts and demi-humans so I'm wondering if I might walk into a temple and find out I've got to deal with devils or giants instead of undead.

Those, who come from the darker side, use Winamp - hihihi!Yes, we can try other alternatives, but in the end still stick to what we are used to.So yeah, I'm happy, that good old Winamp is still running on Windows 10, as I simply won't replace it with any other player. It's nice to use, can be extended with plugins and all the bells and whistles can be safely thrown away without damaging the main functionality. It works well with screen readers and where needed, there are addons or scripts to make it better in terms of accessibility.

At the start of my time on Echo I tried many different games. Of late I have decided to mostly focus on doing one game very well. That being said, if there is an easy port that could be interesting, I'm happy to take a look. Many text adventure style games don't actually work well on these devices. It only waits 8 seconds for input, and long streams of text get boring very quickly. But if it's been popular with screen readers for some time then it might be past that.If Rich wants to reach out to me that's fine. I'll happily give him my opinion on the level of effort needed for a port. I had a look at the page and saw where to get the games, but it does not appear the source code is available. Or maybe I just missed it.The background sounds and different voices you hear in some games are not a feature of the platform, but mostly come from a service called Talestreamer. This is produced from the people who brought you The Magic Door. They have opened it up for use by others for a price. 6 Swords is currently using this till at least January. Then we'll negotiate price and see if I can find a cost model that works for me.I think you've caught just about all the miscellaneous noises that are in 6 Swords. They are really just there to add color and depth, and not to convey information. But I like that idea. Just created an issue in the backlog to see if I can find "signature themes" for certain monsters. Which monsters most fill you with trepidation? Wraiths freak me out now, because I added in level draining!

I too would love a more realistic game and would be glad to help Beata test when it got to that point. I like Eurofly for what it is and I mean no disrespect here but I’ve always been fascinated by planes and would like something more realistic. Something that Tube Sim did was the training school. I think that would be important for a flying sim to have. I think it’s unrealistic how you have the same call number all the time and that you don’t have to wait for luggage to be loaded. It is also kind of annoying to be thrown back to the menu each time you complete a task. Running across a busy airport or having to bring a plane back to the hanger for another would be more realistic. It be cool to start with a smaller airplane company and work your way up to Jet Blue, Continental, British Airways and other big airliners. If you wanted to go real technical with aviation details playing a sim where you’re a plane tester for Bowing or Airbus would be really cool! I think Bowing flies and tests every plane before delivering it to the airline. There is a lot of events and stuff that are missing. Although some of these are rare they would be nice to have. Fires, terrorist attacks, being rerouted in flight not just when you get to the destination, more emergency landings, fights with passengers, over booking issues and so on. I found it odd how you don’t have a co-pilot or any other crew you can work with while flying the plane. This could be a sound issue but to me it often sounds like the flight attendant is walking in and out of the cockpit which is supposed to be a locked down area. I also would like to be able to do tasks in whatever country/continent I want.

I may be canceling my Amazon Prime membership. Amazon has introduced their own delivery service called Amazon Logistics or AMZL for short. Along with this service they've also introduced a service for Amazon Prime members called Amazon Key that will allow their drivers to open your front door while you are not at home so they can leave your package inside. They are using their delivery service to bully Amazon Prime members into using Amazon Key because without it, their drivers will not leave your package at your front door as UPS and the post office do, so you won't get your order unless you wait around at home all day waiting for them to deliver your package. This is a totally unacceptable turn of events.

Yes, boycott isn't helpful when this particular game type and community is fairly small as it is. We should really do our best to be encouraging, but the issue is purely around communication. And not knowing English is not a valid excuse when the developer can clearly post here and knows he's possibly sounding harsh. When you ask for beta testers and they offer to help you and then you don't clearly state how you'd like bugs reported and tracked, and how you'd like communication channels so that the testers and developers are on the same page, it makes it impossible to be supportive. None of this is meant as a flame, it's just that with no communication, it's hard to have a bug-free game.

But it's disrespectful when you already emailed saying not to use your voice without first getting your permission. That's clearly disrespect and completely unnecessary, since recording a speaker test sound is trivial when he's already proven he can record sound since there were audio tutorials posted. It's really a shame that such a lovely game concept is completely ruined by a disrespectful and unresponsive developer. This is something that could be easily resolved.

As happy as I am to see the game released, I am displeased that the test speakers sound was directly lifted from Super Egg Hunt. My frustration is further is exacerbated by the fact that this clip uses my voice, and I did not give my permission for my voice to be used in Eurofly. All it would have taken was two minutes to write an email. And for the record? If someone comes and asks me, I will most likely say yes. If the developers of eurofly read this, please remove my voice from your game as soon as possible. Thank you. You have been emailed, and have chosen not to respond, so now I am airing this on a public forum.Again. I am very happy the update is out as this community needs more games, but extremely displeased that my likeness was stolen for it.
