There is a software called PDAnet which allows you to use your phones internet with your pC. Its tethering software and its payware. However, there is a demo mode which you can use but after a time, it goes off and you manually have to turn it on

Forget all that other stuff, all you should have to do is go to the run menu and type regedit and hit enter if for some reason that fails, do the same and hit control shift enter which forces it as an elevated command. Ive never had to do any of this

There is one thing I have noticed with puTTY, NVDA doesnt always report the position accurately inside there, so be careful and make doubly sure youre changing what you want to change. You should just be able to arrow through it like anything else.
