OK, so we should give the kits a couple of weeks to show up.
I hope we get a lot of matches out of this sale. It's great seeing matches
starting to take shape.

I ordered a family finder kit for my niece on the 9th and it showed up the
22nd here in MA, so they are running a bit behind.

I agree with Mara, image 131 is an addendum to the improper scan of image 130.

Maybe, but I've been interrupted many times today and so maybe I over

I'm guess you are saying that it was misfilmed and a duplicate of image

Affinity - related as in "in-law." Not by blood. 1st degree affinty is
marrying your brother or sister in-law. Your spouse dies, you marry
The first degree of affinity is because he is marrying the sister of his
deceased wife. The licta collateral I think means something like by law. The
4th degree by blood means that they are 3rd cousins*. This helps explain it

There's nothing wrong, when you look at it...the 1/2 page # 130 is a bad

nothing wrong with anyone's browser, either.
If they should take any action is to simply to delete image #

I will email them and tell them I had about 10 people look from their

to look into it again.
Thanks everyone!

Definitely gets chopped in half. I think they are probably seeing the 1/2 and
thinking that is all there is to the record. My suggestion is to save the
truncated image. Download another page and draw a rectangle on the image
containing a full graphic of the area hat is missing on the bad image.
Cheri I have IE. It only came up half for me as well.

FTDNA emailed me back. They have no problem with checking them in. They are

I'm talking about OUTBOUND from FTDNA to new customers.
As for INBOUND from the United States Postal Service (USPS), well, it's a
little weird in Texas. When the local post office to FTDNA gets a trash bag
full on kits, they deliver them to FTDNA. So the hang up could be the post
office too. I

Manoel,
I descend from Maria Teresa da Camara / de Aguiar so we have a common ancestor
in Ambrosio da Camara. If this Francisco da Rocha marriage to Antonia de
Oliveira is correct the he is also the son of Ambrosio de Camara and Maria da

Ok I see the Susana below. Not a very common name. In my data base I have only
one. The writer if this entry wrote right over the swirls and flourishes of
Caetano de Sousa Machado like it didn’t matter.
