One thing I found that works great on the CCA website is viewing it on an
Ipad... you can zoom easily... otherwise, playing with the contrast might
work... I think I'd rather have it light than bad penmanship weird
abbreviations... and it seems that the records I'm looking for always end
up

Well, I was born in Porto Judeu but my name was Nivea Pires Silveira
da Silva... Linhares I get from my husband... it's from his maternal
grandmother, Carolina Borges Linhares from Vila Nova Terceira.
From doing research in the church records of Terceira, I think we are
all some how related

able to located any informtation regarding my ancestors in Graciosa.
