Before becoming Fremont, Irvington was a district in Alameda County. If you
St. Edwards is listed as being in Newark on Thornton Ave., in the 2006
directory for the Diocese of Oakland. Newark is not the same as Irvington and
Newark is not one of the districts that became Fremont.
In this same directory, the churches listed for Fremont are: Corpus Christi on
I think Mike is looking in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Maybe we all should
type out the city, state, and county (if known) to avoid confusion.
