Terri, Yes, you have to remove the old one. I think you are a Legacy user. Open Legacy and do File Export and let it walk you through it. You just need to remember where you save it (I like to save on my Desktop). Then log into FTDNA, delete the old one, and upload the new one. FTDNA will
