I got one of our crack developers on the case, and the result is http://apps.facebook.com/virginradio/ in case anyone wants to take a look. We're quite pleased with it, but it's certainly a work in progress. Works best if you're already registered at virginradio.co.uk but still works fine if not.

I'm in the process of writing one, getting some practice in with the platform just in case I go down this route during Hack Day. So far so good, once you've figured out the authentication signature. FBML is really useful, saves lots of lookup API calls you would otherwisae have to make. As with

I've not made an app yet, but I've become a pretty avid user of Facebook recently and have tried out a few apps. The problem at the moment seems to be that some of the popular apps (the Flickr one for instance) are developed by part timers and run off cheap shared hosting accounts. Not usually a
