Frequently, bacula jobs stall on a 'waiting for a mount request'. However, when

I'm having problems labeling a couple new volumes. I tried entering 'label
barcodes', which works on most tapes but I have several it that it doesn't
return a status, pool or media type for. See volume '000107' that I singled
out below.
I then try to 'label' the volume but bacula complains
I have quite a few jobs that have failed for various reasons. Since these are
incomplete jobs, I would like to take the media and recycle them back into the
pool as we are running low on tapes.

Yes.
And the problem was that it was corrupt
These are new volumes to bacula. They were used previously for Veritas
NetBackup but Bacula has never seen these tapes until recently.

I have a autoloader that has two drives in it. For some reason, Drive1 is only
being utilized and jobs are being backlogged in the que without taking
advantage of the other drives. Any ideas why this might be? I've included info
from bconsole and bacula-sd.conf.

Every time I try to delete a volume by id I get an error. Is this normal?
Deleting by VolumeName works fine.

I'm having problems simply unloading a tape from my changer. Also, not sure if
the 'Hardware Error' is due to me addressing the device incorrectly or if there
is actually an issue. No more info found in the logs. Any ideas?

Is manual load usually required for bacula or is this a configuration issue?
