My locales are en_US.UTF-8, the PostgreSQL database is in UTF-8 too
(fresh install) .. everything is in UTF-8
What do you mean by the filenames have to be UTF-8 to work ? Setting
en_US.UTF-8 for the locales isn't enough ?
