Yes, well it is still adding double entries even with the new .bbdb file. To get bbdb to start adding names again I had to add (bbdb-mua-auto-update-init 'gnus 'message) back to the emacs file. But, again adding everyone even if they already exist. Thanks, Aric ---

Roland, Thanks for the pointers. I started a new .bbdb file. Tried to streamline the bbdb options and do most through customization window. Running Gnus alone and now bbdb doesn't appear to be trying to capture any addresses. It will auto-complete addresses that I already have. These are my curr
