A user upgraded his blackberry tour from 4.5 to 5.0. he can no longer open attachments. I deleted the Desktop [CMIME] service book and re-sent it and that did not work either. Also, I found an KB article on blackberries website and they told me to make sure the blackberry attachment service

I've had the same issues, however only with Storm II users. It seems the contacts folder from Exchange are taking FOREVER (2 days in most cases) to fully sync down. Sure fire way to tell, look at the BB itself and see if the Enterprise Activation icon is still on the desk (of course a couple
