Hmm, I never saw a KB article, but when I went through the upgrade it said Upgrading database schema... for about 60-120 seconds. It's possible it goes through the motions of that stage of setup even if there's nothing to update I guess. From: bes-admins-boun...@dataoutages.com

Personally, I'd use the BB desktop manager software to sync the contacts with a temporary Outlook profile. From there, you can export those contacts into a PST, then import the PST into the contacts folder into Exchange. -Original Message- From: bes-admins-boun...@dataoutages.com
