Good morning; I helped a friend over the weekend to install avast 5.exe. everything went well. however, he is not receiving any audio when the program gets updated, or, when a scan is finished. I got him to open avast from desktop, he clicked on settings, ctrl+tabbed to the sounds tab, all

Hi David; Have you checked to make sure that all the Avast sounds were installed into Control Panel / Sounds Audio Devices / Sounds Page. In the sounds scheme Tree view list there should be a place in there that lists just the Avast sounds. An Avast folder, so to speak. These sounds may
