I have been noticing in some of my folders on my win/7 laptop they are not
in order and start at bottom rather than at top when I open said folder.
How would I go about changing this. These are in my Trish group...my

alt v for the view
arrow to sort by sub menu and right arrow there you can choose how you wish
the sorting to be like name date ascending descending and enter on ascending

While the folder of interest is open, try going to the view menu then hit
enter on the sort by submenu. You can now press enter on the ascending
option to select it and press enter. HTH.

If the extension is .rar then you can use winRar to unpack this type of
file. You can also use 7zip which is free, but I've gotten mixed results
with this utility. I would try 7zip since its totally free so nothing lost.
