You simply load the ROM file. For example, if the game is Mortal Kombat, on a Nintendo 64, the file might be called mortal kombat.Z64. If it were a PSP game, it’d be Mortal Kombat.iso. So, just find what the ROM is called in file explorer, and load that. If the ROM has many files, like the Play

Actually, it's technically not illegal to discuss places to get roms, as long as you own a physical copy of said game. Same with bios, if you have an old playstation or such thing, you are allowed to have a copy of the bios on your computer as well but I'm not so sure on that as I am with roms.

Yeah, passing round emulators is fine but roms are a grey ariea, technically you need to own the games to have the roms, so you will have to search on google for rom sites, sites are always getting shut down but still if you know where to look, then well. Take it off list for that. On
