where you slip a hose on the PVC pipe, and there is no ribs to help keep the
hose on after you tighten the hose clamps. I fine when there is a rib and
you set the hose clamp just beyond the rib, and tighten it, it also

You know, I looked at a house once that had an island on wheels. It was a tiny
kitchen and the island really added to the usable cabinet space. I am certain
you could buy an island, put it on wheels if you wanted, and then just cut the

I once used JB weld on a car radiator and it stood up to the heat, pressure,
and the water/antifreeze for about 3 months. \
I don't know how it would stand up to the flexing of the 2 joined pieces but
Jb weld seems to be some pretty amazing stuff.
Might be worth a try.

One other thing you could try is to rivet them together with a flat piece of
metal undernieth. That is if the two pieces lend them selves to that idea.

All of those methods beat the hell out of using those old brushes and they are

Then I repeat that to all the pipes. It seems to find very small

Okay David, I will agree baking soda is a chemical of sorts but not as
harsh as many of the products off the shelf at most any pool store.
when we first got our pool some 11 years ago. I built a shelf in our
shed for just pool chemicals. a total of eight bottles not counting the

basically a box that is 11 inches deep and 6 inches high. The one that is 6
feet long has a couple of reinforcements in the middle as well as the end
