Hi, I use propane here in Florida and have used it for Heating and cooking all my life. The way the gas tanks is for bulk is measured in gallons. Here is a example: If you have a 100 gallon tank you can fill it to the capacity of 85 percent at tops. So a 100 gallon tank can hold up to 85 gallons.
