About a year ago we replaced our kitchen fixture with one that takes T8
bulbs. They are brighter but don't last very long. The first 4 we bought

I respectfully disagree. The voltage to a doorbell is either 16 or 24 volts
always AC. The transformer has two terminals as noted. The bell has three
terminals, One is common. The second is the two chime sounder and the
third one is the one chime sounder. One connection on the transformer
I wouldn't do it but it will depend on how you are going to attach the wall
paneling. A 2 by 4 on the flat will have a lot of spring in the middle. It
will be almost impossible to drive nails. If you are planning to use screws
it may not be so bad.

The so called 4 way switch is a double pole double throw switch witch has

I finally got the new band saw put together. There really wasn't much to
put together, the table had to be mounted and the stop at 90 degrees to the
blade adjusted. The tracking and alignment adjustments were right on out of
the box. They didn't give much guidance on where to set the blade
Formula 409 will also work very well.

In my admittedly limited experience you can't drill and put screws into
filler. I once repaired the leg of a swivel chair. I mean the part where
the caster shaft goes in. The wood had broken away around the hole. The

The last time we had to call a plumber was when our kitchen sink was plugged

Only problem you may have is providing a proper load for the xmitter since
it was probably designed for a very low impedance whip antenna.
