Missed to mention, this issue was faced only when I originate a call from SIP Phone registeredto CME towards SCCP/SIP Phones registered to UCM. If I originate a call from SCCP Phone registered to CME towards SCCP/SIP Phones registered to UCM everything is working fine without Enabling Inbound
