system takes one by default, (the loo0
ing sip messages with the registrar
server and finally it registers. Then I checked the cnf.xml file and
4001 was there.
The good thing of this issue is that can be easly replicated to test it

believe it or not my helper address was pointing to the sub while my dhcp
server is the Pub :) got it resolved.

You are right, they use the same firmware load, but not the same phone type.
I think you are using cme, make sure the firmware load you are using is
compatible with your cme version,
