Our genoa sheets are left over from the PO. I'm not sure of the size, but they are bigger than 1/2, super fat and great on the hands. But they do not run through the blocks well and act like they are caught just from their weight and softness. I have Barient 32s. I am all for comfortable

David, Take a screwdriver or punch and set it against one of the lugs where the Allen screws were.  Tap it gently with a hammer to rotate the gear case in the base.  Do it lightly around each of the lugs.  The gear case will eventually rotate and break loose.  Do NOT insert anything between
