/ truck stop and add Stanadyne which is supposed to increase lubricity of

batteries golf cart batteries in series for house supply and 1 group 27
deep cycle 12 V, so about 350 amp hours altogether when fully charged...and
I can't find much space on my boat for more than that...only charged
the amp hours is what I look for... IIRC my two 6 V golf cart deep cycles
connected in series were rated at 220 amp hours total and my group 27 12 V
deep cycle was rated at 135 amp hours...I had to make some interior mods to
accomodate the golf cart batteries in their battery boxes...don't know
around here in St. Margaret's Bay it would be hard to improve on the
performance of the 30 MKI as delivered from the CC factory...spring,
summer and fall winds predominantly SW at 15 true in mid afternoon...that
boat was made for this Bay

holes...also use a small screw driver to get them apart and a tap hammer to

In calm waters and after you have the mast plumb, hang a weight (say 5-10

cotter pins for off shore but for waht sailing I do electric tie wraps work
fine...nthing seems to change much on daysails in 0-20 apparent on my 35
MKII and if it did I would likely notice overly slack tension to leeward

Jim has a very good point, that microbiological growth (MBG) can form very
slimey matts at the fuel/water interface in your fuel tank...I know very
well from my experience as a scientific consultant to the Canadian Navy and
biocides are not the answer long term...the bugs can adapt and learn to
account for the increased sound? Or is it an “audible” illusion
because you are concentrating so closely on the exhaust?

and change when needed until its all filtered out...otherwise clean and dry

my M4-30 will only start if the glow plug button and start button are
pressed simutaneously so after about 20-30 seconds on the glow plug I then
press the starter but while holding the glow plug button pressed and bingo,
away she goes...the engine starts hard if I don't depress the glow plug
and
antifreeze mix. I'll try and find that.
