I dunno. Sounds like you've touched all the right bases. But one
thing's for sure: next time you install the OS, make sure this unit is
the first thing you get functioning *before* you install updates and
other software. And check it periodically as you do so to narrow down
the problem.

video to play. It will just say 'loading' and, not do anything else.
