Easy Pineapple Orange Cream Cake
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix,
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained,
1/2 cup egg substitute,
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 (12-ounce) container frozen fat-free whipped
Easy Peasy Fruit Salad
1 tub(12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 pkg.(small) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 can (15 oz.) mixed fruit, such as fruit cocktail, drained
1 can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 banana, sliced
Combine Cool Whip and dry pudding mix. Add fruit and mix gently.

I made some cream cheese icing yesterday, and this was the recipe:
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Pkg 8-oz. cream cheese
Vanilla Extract
It came out a little thin, more like the consistency of something you
squeeze out of a tube.

I didn't like them at first because all of the pieces are separate, the
pan, rack and grid. Many people complain about batter leaking out, and
