I use the 1 pound container for the cottage cheese.
Oregano and garlic is to taste.
I would start out with a 1/4 teaspoon of oregano and the same for the garlic
powder. For the basil 1/2 teaspoon. Than taste the sauce and see if it suit
your taste. I just don't measure spices and never did.

Nope, they're a hybrid vegetable grown from germinating between broccoli and
cauliflower. It's milder than broccoli, and one of my favorite vegetables.
