Quick update from St. Louis: The space is continuing it's steady roll
of serendipity, we could not be happier with the progress! We have had
one local idea sharing event, 2 fully paid and activated monthly
tenants, 2 partially paid, and about 4 pending payment on start dates!

Good Luck! For myself it's been amazingly tough, however I have don't
have time pressures, as I have a great deal with the building owner!
While I am not making money, I am only loosing a few dollars,
literally!

1. Mindset! Small town where everyone knows everything pretty much,
and everyone has an office, and vehicle. Thus, Starbucks or the
local coffee house are a great place to work and have meetings,
because it's easy to drive to.
