Curious if any of you have pushed the limit of how small a micro-office
could be? There are so many people who are just always on the phone or
meeting clients for coaching or whatnot and can't work in the open area but
are dying for the coworking community.
What is your smallest office size?
@jerome do you get the revenue share kickbacks from printwithme? Curious if
a small space would have any chance of getting a kickback when our printing
volume is so low.

Be sure to do a lot of google research on all of them. Greenspaces is well
established in Colorado and Work Bar is one of the OG spaces in Boston.
Even though you're in a different part of the world, google cares little
for that :)

Unifi has changed my life. I do an even simpler setup in my 2,500 ft2
spread over 4 floors. We have just 3 of the unifi AP pros sprinkled around
and they go to a PoE switch (off brand) I got for $50 on amazon. I don't
use any of the analytics or dashboard or cloud stuff unless I'm adding

the walls. It's such a great method to get lots of light reflecting off of
I think you are looking for renter’s insurance. A quick call to your home or
car insurance agent should help you add this to your current policy. My members
pay less than $10/mo to cover their things left in my space in the event of
disaster or theft.

Jeanine,
I remember this woman who was familiar with Cohere but was working in a
regular job in the next town. She showed up on our doorstep one day after
lunch and proclaimed, "I just got laid off. I didn't want to go home so I
came here instead."

You needn't worry about whether to rent or buy until you do about 100 other

Here is a better link for the community cultivator training we use at
Cohered. Clearly trying to share via the app on my phone at 6am was a
mistake!

I give priority placement on the list to people who are members already in the
flex space. It has worked great!

+1 for Emancipator radio (on google play for us). Good vibe music without

In my experience, the only time members get squinchy about lack of parking
is when their clients who are meeting them in the coworking space complain
about lack of parking.

Knowing that you won't start with 135 members out of the gate, I would
recommend sectioning out your building and only "opening" a couple areas at
a time. This will up your physical density to improve the energy and make
it easier for you to see and help people as they arrive/move in the space.

I have used Cobot for years. Adding a few strategic “zaps” with Zapier filled
in the gaps I needed without much headache. In fact, because Zapier is ALWAYS
working by monitoring several triggers for me, I end up working LESS than I
would if I had to go into my coworking software to tick a box

I think Shelley at Orange Coworking in Austin used these.
