X cursors are now somehow broken on ppc. The affected cursors seems to be
theme-dependant. E.g, with DMZ white, the cross cursor (the + sign on a
spreadsheet) looks horizontally rotated. This could be a signedness issue.

Please find attached a patch to fix this bug by unexporting
LDFLAGS. However, please note that this MUST BE checked in amd64 at
least, before upload, since python-scipy needed an additional
export FFLAGS=-fPIC
in order to build on amd64.
