Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
It simply doesn't work. I installed it, configured pam according to the
instructions, and logged off and back on to establish my creds. At no
point does it write to /var/cache/.security.db, or even (as
to manually
remove it from those dirs, but it looks like I missed a few places.
There wasn't anything strange with iceweasel until I re-installed it
recently and made a new home directory. It might have been using that
XUL cache you mentioned.
Anyway, thanks for the help :-)

(the other, unselected option is KWin)
It was Compiz when I logged out, but my window manager is definitely
KWin (after logging in again) despite what the Select Window Manager
menu says.
To enable Compiz I need to change the option to KWin first, then back to
Compiz.
David.

-- Package-specific info
Hi, it looks like this bug is a dupe of #521728, which was already
resolved. Please close this bug.
For some reason my upstream Debian mirror doesn't have version
1.0.19.dfsg-3 yet.

thanks
Yes, probably (I am after the driver for atheros that can replace madwifi).
I submitted the bug long ago so I cannot remember the reason for this
confusion.
Thank you.

I think atl2 is
. A ticking time bomb for the database.
This has been certainly more destructive to me in the last week, than any
attack in the last 10 years.
Until this is resolved I would suggest Suhosin be enabled in simulation
mode by default.
Thank you,
David

Debian Release: 5.0
Package: apt-xapian-index
Version: 0.18
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
I am unable to get a run of update-apt-xapian-index to complete. It
continually fails with the following error:
Reading current timestamp failed: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
Package: firestarter
Version: 1.0.3-7
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
This has happened to me in two different computers running sid, so I assume
that grave is the correct severity. The problem started IIRC on Monday
23 Feb 2009, so it may come from an upgrade in sid in
Package: rsnapshot
Version: 1.3.0-2
Severity: normal
Here is a ChangeLog entry about rsnapshot-1.3.1:
- hopefully fix bug with link_dest not being used on second and later backups
when you have link_dest 1 and sync_first 1. (Ignore $sync_dir_was_present)
This makes rsnapshot run much faster
Package: renpy
Version: 6.7.1-1
Severity: important
*** Please type your report below this line ***
renpy is unable to launch it's script editor.
Problem 1: renpy does not recommend a JRE, which is needed for script editing
Problem 2: renpy tries to run /usr/share/games/renpy/jedit/jedit.jar
Just want to thank and confirm Eloy A. Paris. His pathc/fix did the
trick for me.
Looking forward to a patch.
regards David.

Severity: important
after installing the 5.0.12-1 I couldn't start the server by the daemon
anylonger because of this message. The paths of the ssl.key and ssl.crt are
still the same. I am using the same like for apache2. No problem so far until
now.
