I've added a preseed file to the netboot mini ISO [1], but the preseed
can't be loaded.
The same way I've tried it to the normal netinstall ISO [2] - it
worked as always.

Since my boards don't have UEFI, I left those out :)
After all: it hasn't anything to do with my preseed problem :(

AFIAIK the netboot mini.iso images are basically all the bits of PXE
boot, but in an ISO. As such there is nothing of interest (e.g. no
packages) on the ISO once the kernel + initrd are loaded and I wouldn't
necessarily expect it to bother
