Alex has reported to me that since disabling AVG he has not seen the problem
reoccur in 1 1/2 days.
I have not disabled AVG as I do not think it is the culprit. My server has
nope.

I had the same problem for the about three days last week. I would get on the
server and couldn't open a thing "error initializing .dll" Not enough system
resources, etc... I had been running the same setup as you for a while, but
two weeks ago I added AVG as a second scanner and start
ns on 2 separate drives.

Do you run F-Prot/Clam/AVG? Maybe it's one of them? I didn't change anything
on the system.
(ok, some new domains, some new accounts, but the system was up since
february).
