After my ltsp-pnp package comments out dns=dnsmasq in
/etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf, it runs
invoke-rc.d dnsmasq restart from its postinst,
but that fails as the nm-spawned dnsmasq instance is still listening on port 53.

With a functioning nautilus-folder-handler.desktop included in Precise's
nautilus, this is fixed. If you still have the symptoms, you probably
have old files in ~/.local/share/applications/ . Try cleaning that out,
and remaking the associations you need. I had to. :)
