Freeze of death on PCI - APIC

Since the update to firefox 20.0 which came with ubuntu 13.04 my firefox
freezes the entire desktop occassionally. Usually this lasts for 10-20
seconds until everything works normal again. In case a youtube video is
playing in one of the tabs the audio continues for about 5s
BTW, I reverted back to AisleRiot 3.2.2, and the problem went away.

This just happened to me on 13.04, I believe due to unity crashing.
Editing sizemode=fullscreen to normal solved the problem too.
