It started occurring for me too.
The cause is that I was storing a pointer to the start of the HTTP body
in a read buffer. If the buffer was realloced then it could be moved and
the pointer would point to the old buffer. This is why it had a partial
read.

Encountered this bug on a straightforward xubuntu desktop system after
upgrading (via do-release-upgrade) from 16.04 to 16.10. The solution
referred in #7 has resolved it for me. In my case, the file was absent.

Hi.
Yesterday I installed Ubuntu MATE 16.10 alongside Windows 10 in my ASUS
K541U laptop.
Some hours ago I found that the internal microphone was not working.
Since this laptop don't have specific connectir for external microphone
I really want it to work.

I found the same problem. On windows I fixed it with installing Inkscape
version 0.48 but I cannot do this under ubuntu 16.04. Therefore I wrote
a script in python. There is my simple script for converting .svg images
to .pdf_tex format:
