Whenever I choose the Jabra Evolve 65 UC Headset as the playback device,
there are sound chipmunks. The same was the case with Jabra Motion
Headset as well. But those two headsets worked perfectly in Windows,

If I manually stop or stop/start cups.socket & cups.path, then
cups.service is stopping successfully, and I can now proceed with the
cups upgrade on a broken system.
With that being said, this could be a good workaround for Xenial users

I did some more testing and used a USB sound card. If I select output to
that one its still selected when I turn off the monitor.
So it's only when I use the built in sound that it switched to HDMI when
I turn off the monitor.

Amr, I don't know about your case specifically, but in Christopher's
case, it was because he was restoring to two different users' home
directories. Basically, anytime you are restoring outside your own home
directory, we go to root. We *could* try to be smarter there, but it
would be a fair
"Invalid"?
Two years latter this bug is already here and nobody answer?

About the reference to bug #1706605:
I was experiencing this instability before.
Someone found that it was related to Oracle Java. I removed it and
reinstalled OpenJDK.
With that, it got more reliable.

It started this week. I was with Writer opened.
Until now I can see two different behaviors.
Sometimes libreoffice crashes and reopen asking to recover my files.
Other times, my computer freezes completely. Sometimes I could restart
with CTRL+ALT+DEL, others I need to hard reset.
I'll continue
For further explanation: I need the package libgles1-mesa, because I
want to update the graphics driver on my HP Elitebook 8440p. For this
purpose, I downloaded the "INTEL GRAPHICS UPDATE TOOL FOR LINUX* OS
V2.0.2" from 01.org, which at least requires libgles1-mesa.

I have installed windows 10 and it was working ok sound and wifi.
When i intalled ubuntu mate or ubuntu 16.04 it dosnt work. Both HDMI and 3.5mm
