To clarify, out of the box on krillin with no calendar sync even
enabled, evolution-calendar-factory uses 32MB which is the 4th highest
process in memory usage. This is with an empty database of no calendar
events or alarms.
I'm assuming evolution-calendar-factory gets loaded by indicator-
We use syncevolution, which communicates with Google on the remote side
and evolution-data-server on the local side to store events. There is no
API in syncevolution to limit the scope of events retrieved. We need to
look into modifying it to do so, and to optimize it's operational time

The PCL-6/XL Foomatic/pxlmono driver works correctly on the test file
I uploaded in #7. The PCL-6/XL Foomatic/hpijs-pcl5e driver won't even
allow the printer to print a test page.
So I guess the pxlmono driver works as a workaround for the time being.

just tested on Utopic build 157 and volume adjustment during call
doesn't seem to control the volume of the earpiece, only the speaker
phone. And turning the volume all the way down even when the
speakerphone is on doesn't turn off all the sound as I expected, it just
lowers it to a certain point.

Like many others, I have been getting random screen freezes since July
2013.
They are more frequent under 13.10, but I was also getting them under
13.04
I have a quad processor, and it seems that if one cpu approaches 100%, I am
much more likely to see a screen freeze. Some of the freezes

Switching to the proprietary driver was a good workaround for me.

On the 24.0 firefox, this doesn't display. I can download the PDF via
*wget* and then try to open with either *evince* or *firefox*. *evince*
is ok, but *firefox* does not display. I don't know
It also affects me. Hoping somebody to fix it soon.

When unplugging the headphones the call should return to the earpiece, but it
goes to the speakerphone. Note the speakerphone icon on the dialer-app is not
toggled on even when this occurs.

Len, thank you very much for your help. Once the PCI timers were
mangled everything has worked exactly as expected. I'm not an audio
pro, so I appologize for using the wrong termanology around sources and
sinks. Jack seems to have a bad rap, it is actually quite useful to the
average Joe
