I am also affected by this bug, using gnome-system-monitor
3.2.1-0ubuntu1, with ATi Radeon HD 3450, fglrx and my CRT monitor
connected via DVI-VGA adapter to DVI output.
I don't know if gnome-system-monitor is the one to blame (could this be
due to some kind of color profile or subpixel hinting

One more note - the packages provided on the LO website ship with their own
version of the UNO runtime environment (exact package name is
libreoffice3.4-ure), so it seems I don't have to do without the URE environment
after all :-)

fix this issue. Ubuntu can fix this *today*, regardless of the status of
