Never mind. I just tested the video linked in this bug's description
(at http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_video_all
) using Firefox 26 and it doesn't leave full-screen mode when pressing
the volume key.
** Changed in: firefox (Ubuntu)
Status: Confirmed = Fix
Public bug reported:
Just hit that one by doing:
- open guest session from the session indicator
- in the guest session pick your user
- go back to your session
- use the indicator to pick the guest session
- you are back to the guest session which is locked down
** Affects: unity
Public bug reported:
1) Ubuntu 14.04
2) 1:2.10.9-0ubuntu2
3) I expect it to depend against the latest farsight/gstreamer 1.0
4) Instead, it's one of the reasons we still have gstreamer0.10 on the trusty
cd, through libpurple.
It seems upstream support might be there:
Yes, I reported the bug, it has been fixed. Thank you. Sorry for not
updating the status.

just this saves 8 MB uncompressed on the trusty cd, don't know about
the actual savings
