Hang on a minute.
Kevin, you officially joined Fundraising 2 years ago, OK.
Whilst there wasn't much activity on-list over the past few years, this was a
committee that actually started in 2003, as part of the PRC activity
(dovetailed fundraising, press, and trademark activities).

There is more paperwork. See other emails. The only time sensitive
issue is the application. The rest will be a longer tail of figuring
out who handles GSOC 2019 financial stuff and for now, the plan is to
funnel it to you.

Thanks Tom. I was hoping that committee would be a good way to bridge
the dual hattedness of fundraising/treasurer that has been historically
needed.
Who all is on the finance committee right now?

Sigh, just trying to get more eyes on the work and it's got a pretty swift
deadline coming up. I've been working very steadily on it. Daniel, can
you take over for it? Deadline of 2/6. See another email from Maxim that
I cc'd to fundraising and comdev.

Someone else is going to have to take this on.
I neither have the bandwidth at present, nor is GSoC administration in my
newly-assumed responsibilities in Fundraising.
Also, why are you sharing this information on a public list? dev@community.a.o
is public as far as I can tell.
Thanks,

Hey Norman,
have you prepared a draft of the application already? Can we put this up
somewhere for
review/amending? In case you want to add me to the list of co-admins, my

Then I'd shamelessly like to add my chair's research project Saros [1],[2] to
that list ;). Saros is

Yep, it sure does! It could be anything from three people with some
code on Google Project Hosting, to a full-blown incorporated
non-profit whatever :-) And yes, it should be someone who's
preparing/willing to apply :-)

Before we finally submit the application...
It's my understanding that it now has one new question: do we know of
any small/new orgs or projects that might want to be involved with
GSoC?
If anyone on the list has suggestions, it would be great to hear them
:-) They don't need to be formal organis
