I think that this also makes for a little longer explanation:
For version 1.1.3 (if memory serves me) Sun hired a local Brazilian
university to handle the translation in parallel to the pt-BR community.
The result was that there were two different translations for 1.1.3.

I got several emails telling me that the Brazilian version is not fully
localized. The menus appear to be in english. I am surprized by this, to
say the least, and I don't see how this could be possible. Do you have
any input on this?
