Change the package name could cause some trouble for the user to update
their code.
As we are using the vender neutral package name already, it could save us
time to still use the io.servicecomb, but I think it should be OK we can
update the groupid to org.apache.servicecomb.

use docker when you use the saga module.

Moving the completed transactions to another backend could introduce
complexities on the transaction view layer.
Maybe we can just build up tables which is separated by the time (such as

seckill and spring-cloud-servicecomb-plugins are readonly now.
We can remove them if there is no complain about it.
