The main problem with out current documentation is scale - it's very
large, there should simple step-by-step tutorial with links to wiki

What would people think about moving the tag docs out

I think I brought this up once a long time ago.
What would people think about moving the tag docs out of HTML and into
either integration tests or onto the wiki?
While the snippets are nice for some things, I'm not at all convinced they
make sense when there's all that HTML etc. wrapped up in

Does this mean that #session doesn't contain the current servlet session
attribute map any more,
+1 all 'round; the ability to work off-line on multiple branches, the
ability to cherry-pick merges, etc. is so helpful.
I haven't done anything with versioned releases, not am I sure what the
best practice is.
I have started using gitflow too, which seems nice, and a decent way to
normalize
