List the new release on ^/subversion/site/publish/doap.rdf
There should be a section for each supported minor release
with the and being updated to the current release
date and patch release number.
Do not change anything else in the file (in particular the
under is the date when the Subversion project was created).

Absolutely, guidelines on appropriate messages are of course welcome.

d everyone in the Subversion project are volunteers. I
don't know about the moderators but I assume they are as well. We need to
treat eachother with respect and try to find the most efficient way for the
community as a whole and not just "looking from the perspectiv of ".

One could argue that the time period when the download page is not updated
is relatively short but I think it should be possible to avoid this problem
altogether.
Not everyone relies on the download pages to find our releases.

I agree with this assessment, but sometimes the people who don't understand
the process are the most vocal.

I've downloaded the subversion-1.14.1.zip and
Hi,
When going through the code for 1.14.1, I looked at r1880192. Is it
intentional to have both comments?
When I'm reading the comment and trying to understand the code I'm half
expecting to have two different (possibly nested) loops.
