Taking notes during interviewing is a different set of skills, because (as
Katie aptly pointed out) you need to stay present in the moment and be
working on the dialogue with the participant *while* you're making the
notes.

Because right click is a common and known action for applications. We've
seen it and used it a number of times in RIA and web-based applications. In
fact, we've seen participants look for it in web-based applications that
look more like desktop

penetration than Acrobat.
