entries. This crashed Slimserver 6.2.1 running on Linux. I edited the
playlist down to about 970 entries and this worked and did not crash
the server.

Have to agree about the remote -- the tiny volume buttons should be 2x
larger and away from the big red power button.
the number buttons take up 30% of the remote. Not sure why when the
arrow buttons are easier to use on the fly.

I must be doing something stupid here, I dropped the scanner plugin into
the plugins folder and restarted the server. I did not see any
indication the plugin was installed in the plugins menu in server

I'm having similar issues. I went ahead and downloaded cover art
overnight Friday. About 75% of my discs were matched and I have
'cover.jpg' files in the album directories.
The first automatic rescan was basically hanging--taking 99% CPU while
not doing anything for over 12 hours. I restarted
I have come to the conclusion quite a bit is not up to par w/ SS. Seems
that SS has a mind of its own. Hopefully the release will address this
and other issues.
